1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on zk266 or by continuing to use the platform after any amendment to these Terms, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all registered users of zk266, regardless of the device or method of access used. Access via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any application interface provided by zk266 is subject to these Terms equally.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on zk266. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older;
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party;
• Online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform;
• You are not a resident of any territory where zk266's services are explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been excluded from zk266 or any affiliated platform.

zk266 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a User is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and deposits returned subject to fraud checks.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on zk266. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering on zk266, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update it if it changes.

zk266 may require Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals. KYC documents may include:

• Copy of valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides);
• Recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address;
• Screenshot of payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account) confirming ownership;
• Any additional documents reasonably requested by zk266's compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account restriction.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

zk266 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, USDT TRC20, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the same name as your zk266 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by zk266 support.
• zk266 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or fraud review.
• USDT TRC20 transactions are processed on the TRON blockchain. Once a withdrawal transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, zk266 cannot reverse it. Users are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses.
• zk266 is not responsible for delays caused by banking processing times, network congestion on the TRON blockchain, or failures on the part of third-party payment processors.
• Any attempt to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit via the payment provider is considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and legal action to recover associated losses.

5 Betting Rules & Casino Game Rules

All sports betting on zk266 – including cricket, PSL markets, football, basketball, UFC, boxing, and esports – is governed by the specific betting rules published within each market. In the event of a discrepancy between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule prevails.

• zk266 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds publication, zk266 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or physical dealer mechanics in the case of live dealer tables. zk266 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table as displayed in the respective game interface.
• zk266 reserves the right to restrict bet sizes for any player at any time without notice.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

zk266 may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be published at the time the offer is made available. The following general bonus conditions apply across all zk266 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

7 Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk266 platform:

• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation;
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties for commercial purposes ("agenting").

zk266 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, with or without prior notice, and to withhold balances pending investigation. Confirmed cases of fraud or money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities.
